National Australia Bank (Europe)

A restructure of the Private Banking team, including the solution design and implementation, included product rationalisation, proposition differentiation, service delivery structure and a banker portfolio review. This new structure aligned itself to the aspirations of the division for future growth. The project included a new sales and back office processing model for the Bank, which encompasses the products within transactional banking, wealth management and asset finance. New business process and procedures were produced and implementation alongside a banker and customer technology application providing a single customer view through a bespoke Siebel CRM application.
